Valle Vista is a short drive from Kingman. But the greens will make it worth the drive with our blue tee’s
only set at 6200. We still can make a good golfer happy. We recently remodeled our clubhouse which is a beautiful
addtion to our community.

This new championship course, situated 3,800 feet above the Phoenix metropolitan area, is framed by the vast range
of Black Hills that extends from Camp Verde to Cottonwood - and here, where Hogan’s wash and other natural arroyos
come into play, and where four lakes border the tenth and eighteenth holes, the average temperature is a pleasant
80 degrees. The green fees are relatively low, too!

Villa de Paz Golf Club is Arizona’s best golfing value. The course was built in the early 1970’s and is one of the oldest
18-hole facilities on the west side of Phoenix.
