Swim Stroke Clinics for Kids
Swimming drills, visual demonstrations and hands-on correction are emphasized during these 90-minute stroke clinics for children ages 5 to 12. Freestyle, backstroke, butterfly, breaststroke, sprints and individual medley, turns and transitions are among the skills taught. Preregister online using the Contact Us form, or call. 7 Fingers: PSY
Following the success of its awe-inspiring hit performance "Traces" this cutting-edge circus from Montreal delves into the surreal underworld of the human psyche in its latest production "PSY." Using the life-affirming language of the circus arts, 7 Fingers' extraordinary acrobats and dancers take a humorous odyssey through a shifting landscape of distorted visions, fading dreams and fractured memories. The high-flying performers teach 40 students age 12 and older basic circus skills like floor tumbling, human pyramids and hand balancing during a workshop from noon to 1:30 p.m. May 18.
